- Work with someone you can trust. Valley VNA has been assisting families in the community for 100 years.
- Talk with an experienced RN who will listen to you. Valley VNA's RN's have extensive training and experience related to senior issues.
- Set up a FREE consultation (1-2 hour visit). Our RN's will arrange a personal meeting - in your home, the hospital or nursing home. They will assess the senior's needs, current living arrangements, and existing support resources.
- Receive recommendations on options available. Based on the consultation, our RNs will provide written recommendations and options for services available in the senior's community - home-delivered meals, transportation services, home care, assisted living, etc.
- Learn about additional services from Valley VNA Senior Services. Valley VNA is able to provide many services (Fee For Services) including:
- Advanced assessments - Cognitive Screen, Depression Screen, Safety Assessment.
- In-Home Care - our RNs can develop and supervise an individual care plan that will be provided by specially trained staff.
- Assisted Living - Valley VNA offers several levels of care from independent to late-stage dementia care.
