We offer two types of
In-Home Care service:
Both can be personalized to your specific needs, anywhere from 15 minutes to 24 hours per day.
4 Easy Steps to Start Receiving In-Home Care:
- Free Consultation: Our Client Coordinators (all RN's) will help you determine the type of care that's best for you. We'll work with you and your family to set an individual care plan that involves either a Homemaker Companion or Personal Care Attendant.
- Make a Decision: Once you've decided to move forward with your care plan, you'll complete a service agreement and a few other forms.
- Payment Options: In-Home Care services are considered "non-medical", so these services aren't covered by Medicare. Instead, you may choose to pay privately or through county or other special programs.
- Care and Ongoing Communication: During the initial stage of care, you'll receive a follow-up call or visit from our Client Care Coordinator (RN), who will continue to communicate with you regularly about the care you are receiving.
